William Mokszycki
William Mokszycki has 30 years of experience in Operational Excellence. Prior to joining ETI Group, he served as: Process Excellence Leader for Adesa US Auctions LLC, where he deployed a process excellence framework across 24 locations in the US and Canada; Director of Business Excellence for Philips Healthcare, where he managed the deployment of Business Excellence throughout the North America Sales and Service region; Senior Director of Six Sigma and Director of Supplier Quality for Paccar, Inc., where he established the Global Six Sigma program, expanded Six Sigma to all non-production departments, and created an industry leading Six Sigma training program; and a Master Black Belt for Honeywell Friction Materials Division, where he trained their Green Belts and Black Belts, and achieved a 50% reduction in delivered defects, saving the company over $2M .William received his BS in Chemical Engineering and MS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer.
Susan Knowles-Berry
Susan Knowles – Berry has more than 10 years of experience implementing, maintaining and improving Quality , Environmental , and OSHA Management Systems based on ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001 , and OHSAS 18001 . Prior to joining ETI Group, Susan w as General Manager and Quality Manager for L&E Tubing responsible for managing the company’s AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality Management, Financial, and Operational Systems . Prior to that she was Process Manager – Quality & Safety for Tetra-Pak responsible for managing the company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EHS Management Systems. Susan also served in a variety of functions for Weyerhaeuser Company , including Environmental Manager, Safety Systems Coordinator, Technical Training Coordinator and Quality Analyst . She is an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, and a Certified Professional Environmental Compliance Auditor. She has BA in Anthropology from the University of Missouri, an MBA from the University of Texas, and an MA and Ph.D. in Anthropology form Tulane University .
Mason Gray
Mason Gray specialize s in Lean and Lean Six Sigma improvement and has gained significant experience working in Healthcare, Food Manufacturing, Government, Precision Engineering, Hospitality & Gaming, Fisheries, Construction, and the Apparel industries . His skills and experience with critical problem solving, transfer of knowledge , project management, process improvement, team building, and data analytics, have proven to help organizations rapidly and effectively improve operational performance . His recent accomplishments include working with Bellingham Technical College on a Washington state Jobs Skills Program Grant to teach a series of Lean Six Sigma training courses to a consortium of local businesses (Custom Concrete, Cascadia Eye, Brist Manufacturing , Silver Reef Casino, & Trans Ocean Products). This result ed in $ 3.7 M in annual savings. Mason also led an improvement project for a local hospital to improve the flow/path of patients from the ER to Stabilization to Checkout. This project increased the throughput speed (25%), safety (15%), patient satisfaction (10%), and equipment utilization (35%) result ing in $ 2.2 M in savings.
Mar Meyerhoefer
Mar Meyerhoefer has 30 years of experience providing training, auditing and implementation support to assist companies in meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001, AS9100 , ISO 13485 and TS 16949 standards. Mar has also been responsible for training and implementing SPC, MSA, Supplier Management, Internal Auditing, and Corrective Action systems. Her clients include Anderson Quality Spring, Capital Industries, Carlton Company, Dynacraft Kinetics, Matsushita Kotobuki Electronics, Sharp Electronics, Onboard Systems and Tensolite. Trained in the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, she served as Senior Examiner for AT&T and the Oregon Quality Initiative. She holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineer ing and has passed the examination for ISO 9000 Lead Assessor.
Jeff Gray
ETI Group Tel 360 – 681 – 2188 or 503 – 484 – 5979 – Email jbenham@etigroupusa.com 1 Jeff Gray is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with fifteen years of experience providing Lean Six Sigma, SPC, DFSS, DOE, QFD, FMEA, and MSA training and implementation support for the Aerospace, Manufacturing, Financial, Gas & Energy, Healthcare, Construction and other Service Industries. His clients include Boeing Airplane Company, GM Nameplate, Capital One, Harrison Medical Centers, The US Navy, Microsoft , EKOS Corporation, Starbucks and Microscan Systems. Before becoming a consultant, Jeff served as a Quality Manager for PACCAR and as a Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence consultant for Price Waterhouse and Washington Mutual/JPM Chase. To date, students attending Jeff’s Lean Six Sigma classroom training programs have saved their organizations more than $ 1 00mm through completion of Lean Six Sigma improvement projects . Jeff holds a B .S. in Business Administration from City University and is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Clayton Kuehl
Clayton M. Kuehl has 30 years of experience in designing, documenting, implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). He has assisted numerous companies through t he complete QMS and EMS implementation process…from start to successful registration, they include Baker Manufacturing, Carlisle IT, Color Craft, Columbia Helicopters, Erickson Air – Crane, Fatigue Technology, Interconnections, Primus International and Protective Coatings. Prior to joining ETI Group, Clayton was a Lead Auditor for an international registrar, performing certification and surveillance audits for hundreds of companies. Prior to this he was Project Manager for Freightliner Corporation responsible for implementing Quality Systems in three manufacturing sites. He has a BS in Physical Science.
Cathryn Swenson
Cathryn Swenson has 30 years of experience implementing, maintaining, and improving Management Systems based on the ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 Standards. She also has proven abilities with NADCAP Special Processes and AIAG’s A PQP including Core Tools – FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, and MSA, and AS9145 A PQP and PPAP. Prior to joining ETI Group, Cathryn was Director of Quality for Astronics PECO responsible for managing and ensuring continued accreditations to AS9100D I SO 900 1 and NADCAP special processes AC7108 , AC7118 , AC7130 , and AC7140 , FAA Repair Station Part 145 and PMA/Part 21 certifications. Cathryn holds a TEC Certificate of Science from Trafford College of Technology (UK) and is also an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ISO/TS16949 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001/AS9100 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 EMS Lead Auditor and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bethany Quillinan
Bethany Quillinan has 20 years of experience in Process Management and Improvement specializing in statistical methods and implementing and auditing ISO 9000-based Quality Systems, including AS9100C and ISO 13485. She has assisted numerous organizations through the complete implementation process…all passed their registration audits at the first attempt. An experienced training course developer and instructor, Bethany’s recent clients include FLIR, LIT Workshops, Freightliner Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Kaiser Permanente, Leupold & Stevens and Onboard Systems. An accomplished trainer and training course developer, she holds a BS in Ceramic Engineering, an MA in Whole Systems Design for Organizational Systems Renewal, has passed the examination for Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Angela Kiser
Angela Kiser has 15 years of experience working with clinical and hospital laboratory quality systems/accreditation requirements, clinic trial management, Good Clinical Practice, 21CFR, GDPR and MDSAP requirements. Before becoming a consultant/auditor, Angela worked as a Quality Analyst responsible for creating/revising procedures to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, MDD regulations and for leading internal, external certification and customer audits. Angela has also served as Quality Coordinator for Providence Health and Services and as Clinical Trial Project Manager for Molecular MD. She is a Certified ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor, an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor and has completed the Exemplar Global Certified Course and Examination for EU MDR Auditor and MDSAP Auditor. Angela also has a BA in Biology from Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Copies of Angela’s certifications are available on request.
