I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that I thought the AS9100 Internal Auditor training class was exceptional!! The “proof-in-the-pudding” will obviously be with the success of our audit program, but I can tell you that all students in the class really enjoyed it. I interviewed each of the students after the class today and they all thanked me for giving them the opportunity to attend. Thanks to ETI, I will take the credit for a great class!

“I appreciated the practical application and the hands-on approach to this training. We improved the wave solder process; increasing capacity by 100%.”
Adolfo De la Torre-WD&A Quality ManagerPulse Engineering Inc
The whole 6-Sigma training experience has been very motivational and productive for the Pulse Engineering team. All I hear are positive comments and genuine excitement. I am glad and thankful we had the opportunity to participate in this program. Congratulations for a well done job.

Just a note regarding the Internal Auditor training that you provided. The instructor did an excellent job. He was very professional and explained the new standard so that everyone could understand it. If in the future we require more training I would not hesitate to ask for ETI Group first.

I wanted to provide you with feedback from our internal auditing training class presented by ETI Group. I received very positive feedback not only on the materials but on the trainer as well. Comments were made for example: “ I never knew any of this stuff and I’ve been here 10 years”, “I never knew how complex Quality is”, “Internal auditing is an important and huge job!”, “I never knew why we had all these documents, now I know and I’m going to go look to see if they meet requirements”, “this course was the best training course I’ve ever had at Astronics”, “The instructor was not only knowledgeable but makes the class fun as well.”
Larry Reising-Safety InspectorFederal Aviation Administration
I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the instructor’s knowledge and teaching. In addition to a strong grasp of the material, he was able to convey it in a way that resonates with the audience. I can tell you that all the other participants were also impressed.

The Lean Six Sigma program provided extremely valuable tools and a new perspective for enhancement and improvement in unexplored areas in healthcare. The instructor’s ability to inspire, lead and provide the positive feedback and guidance needed to launch this process in the new frontier of healthcare. The opportunity to apply the new concepts and methods directly to a project benefits both the student and the organization.

“You cannot believe what an impact you have made on this company. It is so awesome to see the progress made to solve problems…”
Peter Harvey-Systems/IT ManagerNW Cancer Specialists
The real world examples helped me understand the concepts and methods. The Excel templates made it easy to apply what we learned without having to worry about the mechanics. It was very helpful to work on projects specific to our own business during, between and after the class sessions. I liked the DMAIC roadmap as a unifying framework for process improvement projects. The instructor made us feel comfortable asking questions of any kind.

I want to take this opportunity to commend you on the extraordinary job you have done facilitating Oregon Catholic Press the past three years, and to express my excitement for the direction you are taking us this year with the implementation of the balanced scorecard. You have been very effective in helping OCP’s management team reaffirm our company mission and vision, to acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses, to develop a clearer understanding of both opportunities and threats, and to fully integrate operational and strategic planning, all of which has enabled us to move beyond basic strategic planning to a more complete and directed dynamic plan that is becoming “how we work.”
