DESCRIPTION:ETI Group is offering our ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D Internal Auditor training course in an online\, instructor led format. You will interact with the instructor in real time\, complete the exercises\, ask questions and receive certification just like our in-person public training classes. \nThis training class will be presented in a series of five\, 4.5 hour training sessions. SUMMARY:ISO 9001:2015.AS9100D Internal Auditor Training
DESCRIPTION:To successfully implement and maintain a Quality Management System a company must have an Internal Audit process and use trained auditors to perform the audits. Internal auditors are also a key element in quality system improvement. This workshop will be presented in a series of five instructor-led\, online training sessions and teaches auditing to both the ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards (the AS9100D standard includes ISO 9001:2015 in its entirety) and places a strong emphasis on promoting employee participation in the improvement process. \nHow You Will Benefit: \nBy the end of this workshop\, you will be able to: \n\nDescribe the goals and benefits of an internal audit\nDetermine the requirements and plan an ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100 Rev D internal audit\nDevelop an ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100 Rev D internal audit guide list\nPerform an internal audit\, including how to:\n\naudit against ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100 Rev D requirements that are less prescriptive\nand where audit evidence may be difficult toobtain\naudit requirements that are more strategic in nature\, such as top management leadership\nand commitment\, organization context\, risk management and organizationalknowledge\n\n\nIdentify nonconformity to requirements during an audit\nReport on an audit and follow up on corrective actions taken in response to auditfindings\nDescribe the actions necessary for maintaining a successful and compliant audit program\n\nWho Should Attend:\nPeople tasked with performing internal audits to the ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100D Standards. \nCourse Prerequisites:\nA basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100D and your company’s Quality Management System\nwould be beneficial but not essential to attend this course. A computer with Internet capabilities is required. \nCourse Instructor:\nSusan Knowles-Berry has more than 10 years of experience implementing\, maintaining and improving\nQuality\, Environmental\, and OSHA Management Systems based on ISO 9001\, AS9100\, ISO 14001\, and OHSAS\n18001. Prior to joining ETI Group\, Susan was General Manager and Quality Manager for L&E Tubing\nresponsible for managing the company’s AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality Management\, Financial\, and\nOperational Systems. Prior to that she was Process Manager – Quality & Safety for Tetra-Pak responsible for\nmanaging the company’s ISO 9001\, ISO 14001\, and EHS Management Systems. Susan also served in a variety\nof functions for Weyerhaeuser Company\, including Environmental Manager\, Safety Systems Coordinator\,\nTechnical Training Coordinator and Quality Analyst. She is an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt\, Certified Quality\nEngineer\, Certified Quality Auditor\, and a Certified Professional Environmental Compliance Auditor. She has\nBA in Anthropology from the University of Missouri\, an MBA from the University of Texas\, and an MA and\nPh.D. in Anthropology form Tulane University.
