I want to take this opportunity to commend you on the extraordinary job you have done facilitating Oregon Catholic Press the past three years, and to express my excitement for the direction you are taking us this year with the implementation of the balanced scorecard. You have been very effective in helping OCP’s management team reaffirm our company mission and vision, to acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses, to develop a clearer understanding of both opportunities and threats, and to fully integrate operational and strategic planning, all of which has enabled us to move beyond basic strategic planning to a more complete and directed dynamic plan that is becoming “how we work.”
