Dr. Russell Boyles earned his Ph.D. in Statistics at the University of California, Davis. Prior to joining ETI Group, he spent two years in the Applied Mathematics Group at the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, two years as Director of Statistical Analysis for NERCO Minerals Company, and eight years as Statistical Methods Manager at Precision Castparts. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 20 years’ experience, Russell’s clients include: FEI Company, Hewlett Packard, Hexcel, Medtronics Physio Control, Mikron, Oregon Health Sciences University, Welch Allyn and the City of Salem. Several of his research papers have appeared in the peer-reviewed ASQ publications Journal of Quality Technology and Technometrics.

Tracy Camp has fifteen years of experience helping organizations improve bottom-line business results. Specializing in Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence training and deployment support, Tracy has mentored and led enterprise-wide improvement projects resulting in multi-million-dollar cost savings. Prior to becoming a consultant, he served as Continuous Improvement Manager of an 800 employee company with responsibility for formulating their Lean strategy and leading their implementation in the manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas. As a consultant, Tracy has provided training and support services for numerous small and large companies and enjoys a consistent record of on-time and on-target project fulfillment. Steve Phinney has gained many years of management level experience working in the financial, manufacturing, healthcare and service industries. For the past twenty years his work has been focused on helping organizations improve bottom line business results, providing Lean Six Sigma/ Operational Excellence training for executives, managers and Green Belt/Black Belt candidates as well as mentoring and conducting enterprise-wide improvement projects. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Steve’s work with Microsoft, Union Bank and JP Morgan Chase resulted in over $250mm in savings and additional revenue generation. As a consultant and instructor, his clients have included ABN-Amro, Bank of America, General Electric, NSA, Northrup- Grumman, Perkins-Coie and Puget Sound Energy. To date, students attending Steve’s Lean Six Sigma classroom training programs have saved their organizations more than $200mm. A former Major and Blackhawk Aviator in the United States Army, he holds a BA degree in Finance from Seattle University and a MBA in Management from Golden Gate University. John Britton has extensive experience in Operations & Manufacturing at the executive level in the USA, Europe and Middle East. Specializing in Process Improvement using tools and methods of Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management, his clients include Bosch & Lomb, Corin Medical, Hewlett Packard and TRL Technology. Prior to becoming a consultant, John was Group Manufacturing Director at Whittan Group PLC., where he led the implementation of a Lean Six Sigma initiative in five major plants across Europe. He holds a BS (hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Sunderland University (UK) and Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Cardiff Business School.

Eddie Pei is a proven international Lean Six Sigma trainer and consultant. Fluent in Chinese and English, Eddie has led numerous service and manufacturing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in Asia and the USA. Prior to becoming a consultant he held Quality Management positions with Danaher Tianjin and Alcoa. Eddie has also worked for GE Medical (Beijing) and Motorola (Tianjin) where he provided training and coaching for Six Sigma improvement projects. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt by GE and Motorola, Eddie holds a MS in Material Science from Tianjin University and an MBA from Nankai University.

Clayton M. Kuehl has 20 years experience in Operational Excellence and regularly performs registration audits to ISO 9001, AS9100 and TS16949 for a leading international registrar. He also specializes in documenting and implementing ISO 9000, AS9100 and TS16949 Quality Systems. Recent clients include Anthro Corporation, A-1 Precision, Color Craft, Columbia Helicopters, Erickson Air-Crane and Hewlett Packard. Prior to joining ETI Group, Clayton was a Project Manager at Freightliner Corporation responsible for implementing ISO 9000 in three North American manufacturing sites. He is a Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor and holds a BS in Physical Science.

Troy Boteilho has 15 years experience in Quality Management and Improvement. He is a Certified ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 and AS9110 Lead Auditor. As a Consultant, Troy has assisted a variety of companies to implement and maintain value-added Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS9100 standards. Prior to joining ETI Group, he held Quality Management positions at GE Healthcare, Onboard Systems International, Sandvik Medical Solutions and BBA Fiberweb. Troy also has in-depth project experience in Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints and ISO 14971 Risk Management for the Medical Device Industry.
