Bethany Quillinan has 20 years of experience in Process Management and Improvement specializing in statistical methods and implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001, AS9100\C and ISO 13485. She has assisted numerous organizations through the complete implementation process…all passed their registration audits at the first attempt. An accomplished training course developer and instructor, Bethany’s recent clients include AMT, Kyocera, Freightliner Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Kaiser Permanente, Leatherman Tool Group and Onboard Systems. Bethany holds a BS in Ceramic Engineering, an MA in Whole Systems Design for Organizational Systems Renewal, has passed the examination for Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Clayton M. Kuehl has 20 years of experience in Quality Management and Process Improvement, specializing in implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems based on the ISO 9001 and AS9100 Standards. His recent clients include A-dec, Color Craft, Columbia Helicopters, Erickson Air-Crane, Fatigue Technology, Hewlett Packard, Micropump, Oregon Induction and Primus International (Thailand). Prior to joining ETI Group, Clayton was a Lead Assessor for an internationally known Registrar and before that a Project Manager for Freightliner Corporation responsible for implementing Quality Management Systems in three North American manufacturing sites. He has a BS in Physical Science and is a Certified Lead Auditor.

Susan Knowles-Berry has 10 years of experience implementing, maintaining and improving Management Systems based on ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Prior to joining ETI Group, Susan was General Manager and Quality Manager for L&E Tubing, responsible for managing the company’s Quality Management, Financial, and Operational Systems. Prior to that she was Process Manager – Quality & Safety for Tetra-Pak responsible for managing the company’s ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 Management Systems. Susan has also served in a variety of functions for Weyerhaeuser Company, including Environmental Manager, Safety Systems Coordinator, Technical Training Coordinator and Quality Analyst. She is an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, and a Certified Professional Environmental Compliance Auditor. She has BA in Anthropology from the University of Missouri, an MBA from the University of Texas, and an MA and Ph.D. in Anthropology form Tulane University.

Joan Ambrose has 20 years of experience in Operational Excellence, specializing in Lean Six Sigma training, coaching and consulting. Additionally, she has taught numerous corporate courses in SPC, Team Facilitation, Root Cause Analysis and Quality Function Deployment. Her Lean Six Sigma training and consulting clients include General Electric, Kyocera, SEH America,  nLight, Kyocera, Leatherman Tool Group and Kraft Foods. An accomplished trainer, Joan holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MS in Engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Angela Kiser has 15 years of experience working with clinical and hospital laboratory quality systems, accreditation requirements, clinical trials management, Good Clinical Practice, 21CFR, GDPR and MDSAP requirements. Before becoming a consultant/auditor, Angela worked as a Quality Analyst responsible for creating/revising procedures to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, MDD regulations and for leading internal, external certification and customer audits. Angela has also served as Quality Coordinator for Providence Health and Services and as Clinical Trial Project Manager for Molecular MD. She is a Certified ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor, an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor and has completed the Exemplar Global Certified Course and Examination for EU MDR Auditor. Angela also has a BA in Biology from Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

John Britton has extensive experience in Operations & Manufacturing at the executive level in the USA, Europe and Middle East. Specializing in Process Improvement using tools and methods of Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management, his clients include Bosch & Lomb, Corin Medical, Hewlett Packard and TRL Technology. Prior to becoming a consultant, John was Group Manufacturing Director at Whittan Group PLC., where he led the implementation of a Lean Six Sigma initiative in five major plants across Europe. He holds a BS (hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Sunderland University (UK) and Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Cardiff Business School.

Jeff Gray is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with fifteen years of experience providing Lean Six Sigma, SPC, DFSS, DOE, QFD, FMEA, and MSA training and support for the Aerospace, Manufacturing, Financial, Healthcare, and Service Industries. His clients include Boeing Airplane Company, Capital One, Harrison Medical Centers, The US Navy, and Microsoft. Before becoming a consultant, Jeff served as a Quality Manager for PACCAR and as a Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence consultant for Price Waterhouse and JPM Chase. To date, students attending Jeff’s Lean Six Sigma classroom training programs have saved their organizations more than $100mm. Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Administration from City University and is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Eddie Pei is a proven international Lean Six Sigma trainer and consultant. Fluent in Chinese and English, Eddie has led numerous service and manufacturing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in Asia and the USA. Prior to becoming a consultant he held Quality Management positions with Danaher Tianjin and Alcoa. Eddie has also worked for GE Medical (Beijing) and Motorola (Tianjin) where he provided training and coaching for Six Sigma improvement projects. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt by GE and Motorola, Eddie holds a MS in Material Science from Tianjin University and an MBA from Nankai University.

Cathryn Swenson has 30 years of experience implementing, maintaining, and improving Management Systems based on the ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 Standards. She also has proven abilities with NADCAP Special Processes and AIAG’s APQP including Core Tools – FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, and MSA, and AS9145 APQP and PPAP. Prior to joining ETI Group, Cathryn was Director of Quality for Astronics PECO responsible for managing and ensuring continued accreditations to AS9100D ISO 9001 and NADCAP special processes AC7108, AC7118, AC7130, and  AC7140, FAA Repair Station Part 145 and PMA/Part 21 certifications. Cathryn holds a TEC Certificate of Science from Trafford College of Technology (UK) and is also an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ISO/TS16949 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001/AS9100 Leads Auditor,  ISO14001 EMS Lead Auditor and an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt.

Tracy Camp has fifteen years of experience helping organizations improve bottom-line business results. Specializing in Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence training and deployment support, Tracy has mentored and led enterprise-wide improvement projects resulting in multi-million-dollar cost savings. Prior to becoming a consultant, he served as Continuous Improvement Manager of an 800-employee company with responsibility for formulating their Lean strategy and leading their implementation in the manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas. As a consultant, Tracy has provided training and support services for numerous small and large companies and enjoys a consistent record of on-time and on-target project fulfillment. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, an MA in Economics from Colorado State University and is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

As a Consultant, Troy has assisted a variety of companies to implement and maintain value-added Quality Management Systems based on these standards. His recent clients include Carlisle IT, Centrix, High-Temp, PCC Protective Coatings, Pexco, Silicon Forest and The Gearworks, Prior to joining ETI Group, he held Quality Management positions at GE Healthcare, Onboard Systems International, Sandvik Medical Solutions and BBA Fiberweb. Troy also has in-depth project experience in Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and ISO 14971 Risk Management for the Medical Device Industry.

Mar Meyerhoefer has 30 years of experience providing training, auditing and implementation support to assist companies to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 and TS 16949 standards. Mar has also been responsible for training and implementing SPC, MSA, Supplier Management, Internal Auditing, and Corrective Action systems. Her clients include Anderson Quality Spring, Capital Industries, Carlton Company, Dynacraft Kinetics, Matsushita Kotobuki Electronics, Sharp Electronics, Onboard Systems and Tensolite. Trained in the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, she served as Senior Examiner for AT&T and the Oregon Quality Initiative. She holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and has passed the examination for ISO 9000 Lead Assessor.
